In my first job as a Personal Trainer, I realised quickly that many gyms charge extortionate prices and it made me uncomfortable when trying to bring new clients on board. I also found people had busy lifestyles and a one-to-one session once a week wasn’t enough to allow me to develop a training plan that would help them to see results in a reasonable amount of time. As a result, I decided to put together a website and provide exercise plans that target every muscle group. This saves money and also means you can fit the workout in at a time that suits you. The plans also include the tips and tricks I have picked up over the years to help see results quicker.
Unlike many online Personal Trainers, I am not a fitness model or physique competitor, I understand what it’s like to work a full-time job and still try to find time to get a workout in.
