ABOUT ONLINE COACHING
WHAT IS AN
An Online Coach works to help you reach your health and fitness goals in the most efficient way possible. Whether your goals are strength related, weight management focussed, or sport specific, an Online Coach works closely with you to develop a bespoke package, whilst providing ongoing support.
Gone are the days where your only option to get fitness and nutrition advice was through a weekly one-to-one personal training session for an hour at a time. This is not always cost effective, and any desired results/goals can be slow which causes people to lose interest.
Online Coaching is a transformative way of accessing fitness and nutrition advice, as well as one-to-one support. The Baker Whey Online Coaching Programme involves having access to a fully bespoke training and nutrition plan, as well as a qualified Personal Trainer (Coach) seven days a week.
It allows the Personal Trainer to fully get to know the client and understand the barriers that have prevented them reaching their goals up until now.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
INITIAL VIDEO CALL
An initial consultation video call will take place to get to know you and your lifestyle, including your work schedule, current training regime, food likes and dislikes, and any barriers that have prevented you reaching your goals so far.
YOUR BESPOKE TRAINING PROGRAMME
A fully bespoke training programme, which is tailored to your individual needs, whether it be gym based or at home. The programme is created by Sam Baker, who is a fully qualified and experienced Personal Trainer.
The training programme is built around your views as the client, which are ascertained during our initial video call, and the equipment you have access to.
Whether you are a keen meat eater, pescetarian, veggie, vegan, or gluten free, a carefully constructed nutrition plan will be made specifically for you to follow.
The nutrition plan will not only meet the macronutrients you require in your diet to reach your health and fitness goals, but will also include some of your treat foods to help you keep on track.
THE BAKERWHEY APP
➤ You will have access to The Baker Whey App which you can use on phones, tablets, and laptops. The App includes your personalised training and nutrition plan, and it allows you to log your progress each day.
➤ Recorded demonstrations for each of the exercises included in your Training Programme.
➤ There is a built in macronutrient calculator to help you work out your food intake if you have to stray away from the nutrition plan on occasion.
➤ The App has an instant messaging feature which connects directly to your Coach if you have any queries.
You will have full support from your Coach 7 days a week.
You will ‘check in’ with your Coach at the same time each week to ensure that you are progressing towards your goals. Your programme will be tweaked if there is anything that you do not feel is working
