The Baker Whey was created by Sam Baker in 2018 and started as an Instagram page. After over 10 years of gym-based training, Sam aimed to simply share workouts, food ideas, and physique transformations online. The page grew quickly because it offers a different approach to fitness and food in that it promotes a lifestyle adaptation that is sustainable, rather than a strict fitness regime or fad diet.
This website is an extension to @thebakerwhey Instagram page, but has so much more to offer.
Workout inspiration?
For those that simply want a weekly workout to keep their training fresh, head to the Weekly Workout section and download it to your phone or sign up below and get it straight in your inbox when it’s released. Each week the workout will target a different muscle group.
Everyday motivation?
If your motivation bank is running low on funds and you need to get your drive back, thebakerwhey.com will help with that. Everybody goes through stages where they lose enthusiasm for the process or forget what they are aiming for, which is why thebakerwhey.com will be releasing a series of blogs addressing motivation, sacrifice, and focus, as well as talking about the social dilemmas of ‘beer pressure’.
Perhaps your gym/exercise motivation bank is full to the brim but it’s your food-spiration that lets you down because chicken and rice every night just isn’t for you. We couldn’t commit to that either! For that, you need to keep an eye on our 'Blog' section for new recipes. The recipes will vary from sweet snacks to combat your chocolate craving, to simple one pot meals that will satisfy your appetite. We may even sneak some cheat meal ideas in there for you because a fulfilling cheat meal will stop it becoming a cheat day/week!
